NTIA ACCESS BROADBAND 2021 Report
The ACCESS BROADBAND Act, enacted as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, mandated that NTIA produce an annual report to Congress. The report highlights the accomplishments of NTIA’s Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth (OICG) over the past year, covers investments in federal broadband support programs and Universal Service Fund (USF) programs, and provides recommendations to improve efforts to track broadband spending and outcomes.
Notice of Broadband Grant Programs Webinar Series
NTIA will host webinars in connection with the three new broadband grant programs authorized and funded by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021: The Broadband Infrastructure Program, the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, and the Connecting Minority Communities Pilot Program. The webinars are designed to help prospective applicants understand the grant programs and to assist applicants to prepare high quality grant applications.

Interagency Agreement Between the FCC, USDA and NTIA
This Interagency Agreement sets forth the agreement between the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and NTIA to require coordination among the Covered Agencies for the distribution of funds for broadband deployment under the FCC’s High-Cost Programs, the programs administered by the Rural Utilities Service of USDA, and the programs administered by or coordinated through NTIA.
Notice of Change to Schedule for Open Meetings – NTIA Broadband Grant Programs Webinars
On March 19, 2021, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) published a Notice in the Federal Register announcing a webinar series in connection with the three new broadband grant programs authorized and funded by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. This Notice announces changes to the dates on which the webinars will be held.

Forty-Sixth Quarterly Status Report to Congress Regarding BTOP
NTIA provides quarterly statutory reports to Congress on the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP). This report covers activities from April 1 – June 30, 2020.
NTIA Report on Section 606(c) of the MOBILE NOW Act
Section 606 of the MOBILE NOW Act contains several provisions intended to facilitate the deployment of communications facility installations on federal property.
NTIA and USDA Hosted HBCU Broadband Funding Webinar Series
September 1 through 17, 2020, NTIA’s Minority Broadband Initiative and USDA’s Rural Utilities Service developed and conducted a 6-part technical assistance webinar series to promote HBCU competitiveness for USDA broadband funding for the Distance Learning & Telemedicine, Community Connect, and Reconnect programs.
Notice of BroadbandUSA Webinar Series Dates
NTIA's BroadbandUSA program will host a series of webinars on a monthly basis to engage the public and stakeholders with information to accelerate broadband connectivity, improve digital inclusion, strengthen policies and support local priorities. The Practical Broadband Conversations webinar series will provide an ongoing source of information on a range of topics being addressed by BroadbandUSA, including, but not limited to, best practices for improving broadband deployment, digital inclusion, workforce skills, smart communities, and economic development.
