From: Storey, Margaret (039129-Baldwin Towers) [email protected] I think the answer is simple. Residents of Assisted Living, Nursing Homes and other Senior or Disabled residences watch TV more than anyone else, as there sometimes is not much else they can do, so why with hold these coupons from them if they do not have cable TV. The on-line form is simple enough for most caregivers or family members to to fill out. As an alternative, paper forms could be provided for those having no internet access. Several residents of the apartment building where I am employed have been denied coupons, based on the erroneous information that this is an assisted living residence. When we applied on line the coupons were approved. Sincerely, Margaret Storey Resident Service Coordinator Baldwin Towers Apts 200 Knoedler Rd PGH, PA 15236 |
