Subject: Make cable coupons available to EVERYONE!

I am outraged that the government is attempting to make the digital
television transition yet another income redistribution plan. If you're
going to make coupons for digital converters/boxes available, then they
should be available in equal quantities to every household. It's time we
quit asking the productive members of society to subsidize those who want to
be able to watch television without paying for the privilege. Either give
the coupons to all in equal quantities, or don't issue coupons at all!
