I do hope this goes through to you as your old e-mail address
did not work properly and the form asked for my personal password....which
as you know is not an item of information I wish to give out
to anyone.
As a senior and short on cash, I read someplace that NTIA
was going to give coupons to help pay for the converter box
needed soon for hdtv (whatever that is). I cannot buy
a new tv, I cannot pay for cable, so I want to know just how
to get one of these coupons. Please advise. There is
no way in Oklahoma City OK that any hearings are held. I
use the library computer and hope you will reply. thank
you.
