To Whom It May Concern:

I believe it would be in everyone's best interest to publish a list of the
certified box manufacturers on a website, not directly on the coupon.
However, the coupon could advertise a link to the website containing the
list.

The reason for this is that some manufacturers may attain certification at
point, after a coupon is printed. Therefore, the consumer should be told
that the most up to date list of approved manufacturers should be found on
the website.
