Adoption Resources

NTIA is working to increase broadband Internet adoption in the United States, which will help more Americans compete in the 21st century economy. NTIA's initiatives include an annual nationwide survey and report on broadband use, which can inform efforts to close the digital divide, and DigitalLiteracy.gov, a website with resources for teaching and learning computer and online skills.

NTIA, as the President’s principal adviser on telecommunications and information service policy, and as one of the leading Federal agencies in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data relevant to broadband availability and adoption, respectfully comments on this Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. Recognizing the importance of data-driven decision making, NTIA applauds the Commission’s efforts to improve the quality, accuracy, and utility of Form 477 data.

The Practical Broadband Conversations webinar series will provide an ongoing source of information on a range of topics and issues being addressed by BroadbandUSA, including best practices for improving broadband deployment, digital literacy and e-government.\
