Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA)

The Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA) functions as NTIA’s liaison to Congress, providing lawmakers with information regarding NTIA’s policies and activities, answering Congressional and staff inquiries, and assisting with constituent concerns.  OCA prepares NTIA witnesses for Congressional hearings and manages NTIA responses to legislative proposals and Congressional inquiries.  OCA also functions as a liaison to other Federal agencies, as well as state and local governments.
