NTIA comments in response to the FCC Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Expanding Use of the 12.7-13.25 GHz Band for Mobile Broadband or Other Expanded Use. NTIA’s comments support FCC action to facilitate new, innovative commercial deployments while ensuring important federal operations, including scientific endeavors, in and adjacent to this band will be protected from potential harmful interference.
