NTIA Letter Regarding Information and Certifications from Applicants and Petitioners for Certain International Licenses and Other Authorizations

In NTIA's letter of May 10, 2016, to the Federal Communications Commission, the Executive Branch requested that the Commission require applicants to submit more detailed and comprehensive information in several areas. NTIA offers guidance on the type and extent of information that the Executive Branch may require of applicants for certain types of applications.
