NTIA invites interested parties to provide comments in response to section 1703 of the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA). Section 1703 directs NTIA to initiate a notice and comment proceeding to evaluate whether currently available Internet blocking or filtering technology protection measures and Internet safety policies adequately address the needs of educational institutions.
