The Native Entity Capacity & Planning Grant Program, for entities including Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Entities, and Native Hawaiian Organizations, establishes a competitive process to make Capacity and Planning Grant Funds available to Native Entities to carry out activities consistent with the Act.
