FirstNet Board Resolution 32

The FirstNet Board hereby agrees to extend its period for negotiations on spectrum lease agreements with the BTOP public safety recipients through July 12, 2013, and authorizes Sue Swenson to continue such negotiations on FirstNet's behalf;
