From Talk to Action: Powering America’s Wireless Leadership

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) is holding the 2025 Spectrum Policy Symposium on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

Featured keynote speakers will include NTIA Administrator Arielle Roth, who will chart the Administration’s course in making spectrum resources available through implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s spectrum provisions. Panel discussions will focus on spectrum needs and views of the commercial wireless and satellite industries and the federal agencies’ efforts to assess bands for repurposing while achieving their public service missions.

Location: Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center’s Polaris Room (on the Concourse Level and convenient to the Federal Triangle Metro stop), located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004.

Please enter the building through the 13th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue entrance. Once inside, take the stairs or elevator to the right of the entrance down to the Concourse Level. Upon reaching the Concourse Level, proceed west through the corridor, following signage for conference and event spaces. The Polaris Room will be located toward the end of this hallway.
