CRADA Ammendment 1

In accordance with Article 11.5 Amendments of the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CN-1634) between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. and the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

In Appendix A, Item 6 - Proposed Duration and Schedule for the CRADA: extend the duration of the CRADA for one (1) year by amending the proposed completion date and final report date and by adding a proposed main report date as follows:

"Proposed completion/concluding report: September 30, 2001
Proposed main report: March 31, 2001."
