U.S. Preliminary Views
The Department of State approves U.S. preliminary views based on advice from the FCC and NTIA and represents these views internationally. As the U.S. completes studies and develops the technical bases for methods to satisfy the agenda items, the U.S. will transition to development of distinct proposals.
