WRC-19 CITEL Draft Inter-American Proposals (DIAP)

CITEL DIAPs are proposals that have some level of support (2 - 5 supporting Member States) but are short of the required six Member States to become an IAP.  CITEL maintains these proposals to give administrations time to carefully review the proposals and provide comments or additional support in line with their administrations' views.
