NTIA Statement on FirstNet Authority Board Naming Joe Wassel as Executive Director
WASHINGTON – Statement from Alan Davidson, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information and NTIA Administrator:

His decades of leadership at the Department of Defense, including overseeing DoD's implementation of FirstNet across its 150,000 first responders, make him perfectly suited for the role.
