Report to Congress on Agency Plans for Spectrum Relocation Funds

In consultation with NTIA, the Director of OMB has determined that the costs and timelines for relocation of Federal communications systems from the 1710 MHz to 1755 MHz spectrum band as indicated in Table 1 of this report are appropriate. This report is submitted pursuant to the Congressional notification provision of the Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act (CSEA).
