Overview:

These CSV templates are intended to support Eligible Entities in implementing the challenge results submission data format requirements. Additional guidance detailing the data formats of these files can be found in the BEAD Challenge Process Policy Notice.

Document Content:

  • Challenges.CSV: A CSV file detailing the challengers who submitted challenges to the Eligible Entity’s initial set of BEAD-eligible locations.
  • Challenges.CSV: A CSV file detailing the challenges the Eligible Entity received and determinations made while conducting the challenge process, in addition to the Eligible Entity’s pre-challenge process modifications, area challenges, and local, state, and federal enforceable commitments.
  • CAI_Challenges.CSV: A CSV file detailing all challenges received and determinations made for challenges submitted regarding the Eligible Entity’s identification of CAIs.
  • Post_Challenge_Locations.CSV: A CSV file detailing all served, unserved, and underserved locations within the jurisdiction of the Eligible Entity following the conclusion of the Eligible Entity’s challenge process.
  • Post_Challenge_CAI.CSV: A CSV file detailing all Eligible CAIs within the jurisdiction of the Eligible Entity following the conclusion of the Eligible Entity’s challenge process.
