Lone Pine Paiute-Shoshone Reservation

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:

• Install 5.59 miles of underground fiber to directly connect 31 unserved Tribal households, 6 unserved Tribal businesses, and 8 unserved Tribal community anchor institutions with service ranging from 50/10 Mbps to 100/20 Mbps.
• Install/deliver 3.5 GHz (CBRS) spectrum fixed wireless to directly connect 8 unserved Tribal households and 2 unserved Tribal community anchor institutions with service ranging from 25/3 Mbps to 50/10 Mbps.
• Construct a pole at Camp Antelope to provide wireless coverage to the community.
• Create 2 new Tribal jobs. Provide workforce development training for the Network Coordinator and Field Technician positions.
