Earned Trust through AI System Assurance

NTIA conducted public outreach through a Request for Comment and a Discussion/Announcement Event seeking feedback on what policies can support the development of AI audits, assessments, certifications and other mechanisms to create earned trust in AI systems. NTIA has made this information publicly available. NTIA also sought and received written comments
