Coordination Procedures in the 1695-1710 MHz and 1755-1780 MHz Bands
By this Public Notice the Federal Communications Commission, through its Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration provide (i) information for potential bidders in the AWS-3 auction and (ii) guidance to the ultimate AWS-3 licensees and the affected Federal incumbents regarding coordination between Federal and non-Federal for shared use of the 1695-1710 MHz and 1755-1780 MHz bands.

The U.S. country code top-level domain name (.us ccTLD) has historically served as a home for U.S. business, individuals, and localities and is managed on behalf of the U.S. government through a contract overseen by the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). In March 2014, NTIA entered into a new contract with Neustar, Inc. to operate the .us ccTLD. The U.S.
