Abstract
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Low Observable Supportability Office requested that the Joint Spectrum Center (JSC) support its effort to develop a process to obtain spectrum-certification support for Low Observable Diagnostic Measurement Systems (LODMS) operating within the 100 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range. Specifically, the JSC has been requested to calculate coordination trigger distances between LODMS and incumbent systems operating in the 50 MHz to 18.5 GHz frequency range. These coordination trigger distances will be included in a proposed coordination procedure for LODMS operations to be incorporated into the National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s Manual of Regulations and Procedures for Federal Radio Frequency Management.
