Framework for Work within CSMAC

Purpose: To create 5 Working Groups (WG) to consider ways to facilitate the implementation of commercial wireless broadband in the 1695-1710 MHz and 1755-1850 MHz band. When coordinating with the FCC on any steps related to an auction and reallocation of these bands, NTIA will take into consideration the CSMAC recommendations emerging from the Working Group efforts.

ACTION: Notice of open meetings.

SUMMARY: The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) will convene meetings of a privacy multistakeholder process concerning the commercial use of facial recognition technology. This Notice announces the meetings to be held in February, March, April, May, and June 2014. The first meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2014.
