SUMMARY: The United States Department of Commerce’s (Department) National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) administers the contract for the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the United States, ‘‘.us’’ (usTLD). NTIA seeks input from interested parties on the introduction of accountability measures regarding access to the personal information of usTLD registrants.

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (‘‘NTIA’’) proposes to follow First Responder Network Authority’s (‘‘FirstNet Authority’’) National Environmental Policy Act (‘‘NEPA’’) procedures on an interim basis with modifications to account for NTIA’s internal organization and establish 33 categorical exclusions (‘‘CEs’’) in compliance with NEPA, the Council on Environmental Quality (‘‘CEQ’’) regulations, and other related authorities.

One of the 12 non-permanent members to the FirstNet Authority Board resigned prior to the end of his term.
