State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, Office of Information Technology

Ohio will use its existing Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee to implement the SLIGP, and intends to update their Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan as part of the process.  The State will utilize its regional interoperability groups as one of the primary vehicles for education and outreach to local jurisdictions.  Ohio also plans to conduct meetings in each county to engage local government entities and first responders, as well as solicit input for the future national public safety broadband network.
